Chili Cook Off Rules

  • Chili Competition $ 50 for all Categories
    • Texas Red (No Beans)
    • Chilli & Beans
    • Wild Card Chili: Any Ingredient You Want
    • Peoples Choice: Attendees will Vote
  • Competition Chili must be cooked onsite
  • Set-up begins at 8 AM
  • Meat Inspection at 9 AM
  • Competition Chili Turn-In 1 PM
  • People’s Choice tasting 12-3 PM
  • Awards 4 PM
  • Comancheros will Provide
    • 10 X 10 Space for Each Team
    • Turn In Cups, Spoons, Tasting Cup
  • Chili for Peoples Choice may be cooked prior to event. Recommend 8-10 lbs. total
  • Each Team will need:
    • Fire Extinguisher
    • Table & Chairs (Pop Up Recommended)
    • Propane Burner – No Electrical Provided

Cornhole Tournament Rules

  • Cornhole Competition $40 for all Categories
    • Championship Bracket
    • Consolation Bracket… Yep you may lose!
  • Cornhole Format is 2 Players per team
    • Check in: 12 PM
    • Tournament Begins: 1 PM
  • Team  bracketing randomly assigned
  • Winner is 1st team to reach score of 21+.
  • Only Non-Winners in 1st Round move to Consolation Bracket
  • Each Team Guaranteed 2 matches
  • Rules will follow American Cornhole Assoc. unless specified by Comancheros Foundation.  Final rulings by Comancheros.
  • Boards and Bags for Play Provided by Comancheros Foundation
